Blue Landworks was found in 2008 and is an award winning company thanks to the commitment from our clients and our team.

Despite being perhaps the worst real estate market since the great depression, Blue Landworks opened its doors in 2008 to serve clients in the private and public land development market. Quickly establishing itself as a growing and thriving firm, Blue Landworks was recognized by the Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce with a Pinnacle Award in 2012 as one of Gwinnett County’s top 25 small businesses.

From there, Blue Landworks moved to its Suwanee, Georgia office in 2012 and then expanded to the new Sugar Hill, Georgia E Center complex in 2018 as the business continues to grow to serve its expanding client base and provide more service offerings.
