We can prepare a Site Assessment Report that includes the information you need to make decisions on the project’s direction. What are some of the items included in a Site Assessment Report? Deeds, submitted construction plans, reports and other information found via open records, a site visit with photographs and narrative, rezoning information and any other information you need to make decisions on how to move forward on the project.

• Entitlement Reviews

As an on-call consultant, we don’t require a retainer or monthly minimums – just pay for what you use when you need it.
